What's up guys?! Ok, so for this post I'm going to write about the last few dreams that I had about Dez. I must say it was pretty interesting. I got some incite into his daily life outside of touring. Anyway, here we go...
So in this dream I start off at a "random" house. I'm not sure if I'm at Dez's house or what not but I know he was there. I was trying very hard not to wake him up because he had just gotten to the house not too long before I had gotten there and I didn't want to disturb his slumber with all the racket I was making downstairs. I was in the kitchen cooking and making some delicious fried chicken for his family. When I finished making it, he had came downstairs. Apparently he woke up in the middle of his nap because it smelled really good (his words, not mine! lol).
I plated the dinner and set everything on the table in the dinning room. It kind of looked like the seats were booth or even bench type chairs. We all sat down, his wife and other people that happened to be there, I really couldn't see their faces because they were blurred to me. We served ourselves, it was a family style type meal. Mrs. Fafara was sitting right across from me when we sat down to eat. I remember that I kept on insisting Dez to try the chicken and he said 'thank you' numerous times as well. Oh, I can just taste the chicken in my mouth, it was very juicy almost buttery, flavorful and crispy. Of course Dez sat next to his wife and while we were eating, she whispered something just under her breath that something (it) needed cranberry, cinnamon or nutmeg in it. I really couldn't make out what she said, it was pretty faint. I'm wondering as to if this is the secret ingredient to their fried chicken, haha. Anyway, that's pretty much it for the first dream. I know they're very short but I think that it gets to the point as to what I need to see and/or know.
Now this next dream, again it's short and sweet but interesting to say the least. Apparently, Dez's son had a school fundraiser for the band at a lake by his house. In order to get to the water, you had to walk down a steep slope/hill. It was sandy kind of like the beach and ironically the water was a bit salty. You're probably thinking it's the beach however I don't think it was because it was a very small opening of water and there were a lot of trees surrounding that area too compared to any beach and the body of water was enclosed in itself in the distance. The weather and climate for the day was beautiful, not too sunny and hot. There were some kids fooling around, throwing sand at each other and pushing one another into the cool water.
When all of a sudden there comes what we thought was a huge tsunami but it wasn't. Out came these gigantic octopus tentacles from beneath the water, just trying to grab whomever it can because it was 'hungry'. I kid you not it was like a bad reenactment of It Came from beneath the Sea. We all barely escaped, untouched from the incident. And this is where it ends my dears! Again, short and sweet...
