Stiff as a Board, Light as a Feather

Has anyone ever played this game before Stiff as a Board Light as a Feather? (or vice versa) It's from the movie The Craft that came out in the early 90's. I was about 9 years old when I encountered this game at my first slumber party. The rules and regulations are pretty simple:

First off this must be done in the dark to feel the full effects of the "game". You can have a lit candle or night light if you'd like, but I believe it's better in the dark. Everyone must have the desire to lift up the person and believe in the game. And think of seeming less light objects like clouds or iconically a piece of card board, feathers, etc.

Pick a person to lay down, they will be the one who is lifted off the floor. Have their hands & feet together, and eyes closed.
One person must be at the head of the person laying down. They are going to lead the chant.
Surround the person laying down, place your fingers underneath them. Use no more then two fingers from each hand to lift.      See image above

Once everyone is ready to begin, Chant 5x

"She's looking ill, she's looking worse,
she is dying, she is dead."

Then chant,

"Stiff as a Board, Light as a Feather"  Continuously and then lift up

NOTE: Do not try to lift as you say the chant wait until everyone IS IN SYNC! (9x or so) Then lift up, at this point the person should be extremely light, lift them up Slowly higher and higher until they are at or above your head. You may remove one of your hands but make sure one is always touching the person. Then slowly place them back down onto the floor.     Check out video

Yes, I can attest that I played this game with my classmates at a slumber party. And that it did Work! We lifted every girl at the party just above our head with no more then two fingers. Why did it, I don't really know, I heard it has to do with diamagnetism but hopefully someone will explain it to us one day. I think it's a bit funny that we too were Catholic school girls, some of us were practicing Wicca/Witchcraft and we were beyond scared of the outcome of what was about to happen if and when we played the game...And not to mention we were in elementary school. Ah I do miss the good ol' days of my childhood for somethings you know.
